Daniel Pink says there is a disconnect between science and how we do business. I happen to agree.
I’ve seen clear examples of this myself. I’ve even experienced it as a salesperson, and a sales manager. What is your experience?

I agree. All too often in marketing businesses are trying to follow the latest trends and not focusing enough on analytics and measuring the ROI of their campaigns. How can you know if what you are doing is effective if you aren’t setting goals and measuring results?
